PureSelect Auto LLC is a Georgia-licensed independent used-car dealership specializing in mobile test drives, mobile delivery services, and clean-title used vehicles. We are committed to transparent business practices and compliance with all applicable state and federal consumer protection laws.

This Legal & Compliance page serves as the primary disclosure document for our dealership operations. All customers, prospective buyers, and website visitors are encouraged to review this information carefully before engaging in any transaction with PureSelect Auto.

Our business model is designed to provide convenience, transparency, and quality service. However, all sales are conducted under the terms outlined herein, and customers are responsible for understanding these terms before completing a purchase.

All vehicles sold by PureSelect Auto are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated in writing.

This means that the buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition at the time of sale, with all faults, whether known or unknown. PureSelect Auto makes no express or implied warranties regarding the mechanical condition, safety, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any vehicle sold.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic before completing the transaction. PureSelect Auto allows buyers to arrange independent inspections at the buyer's expense.

PureSelect Auto performs a PRE-SALE VERIFIED inspection process on vehicles before they are listed for sale. This process is designed to identify major mechanical issues, safety concerns, and cosmetic damage to help inform our inventory decisions and pricing.

The PRE-SALE VERIFIED process is NOT a warranty, guarantee, or certification of vehicle condition. It is an internal quality control measure and does not relieve the buyer of their responsibility to inspect the vehicle independently.

The PRE-SALE VERIFIED process may include:

• Visual inspection of major components
• Review of vehicle history reports
• Basic operational testing of critical systems
• Assessment of cosmetic condition and documentation of known issues

PureSelect Auto does not guarantee that the PRE-SALE VERIFIED process will identify all issues, defects, or future problems. Buyers purchase vehicles AS-IS and are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

PureSelect Auto makes every effort to ensure that vehicle listings, pricing, descriptions, and specifications are accurate. However, errors may occur due to typographical mistakes, data-entry errors, or changes in vehicle status.

Vehicle availability is subject to prior sale. Inventory is updated regularly, but vehicles may be sold or removed from availability without notice. PureSelect Auto is not obligated to honor pricing errors or inaccuracies in listings.

Information provided on our website, social media, or third-party listing platforms is for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current status of a vehicle. Customers should confirm all details, including price, mileage, condition, and availability, directly with PureSelect Auto before making purchasing decisions.

PureSelect Auto accepts the following payment methods for vehicle purchases:

• Cash verified inside Wells Fargo (in-person verification required)
• Verified cashier's check (subject to verification and clearance)
• Cleared wire transfer (funds must be fully cleared before vehicle release)
• Cash App Business for debit/credit card down payments only (not accepted for full payment)

Not Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, personal checks, and personal Cash App are not accepted for any vehicle purchases or transactions.

PureSelect Auto does not currently offer in-house financing. However, buyers may arrange third-party financing through their own lenders. The dealership may introduce third-party lending options in the future.

PureSelect Auto offers mobile test drives for qualified buyers. All test drives require prior appointment scheduling and verification of the following:

• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Proof of active auto insurance coverage
• Valid driver's license (must be current and not suspended)

Test Drive Liability: The person operating the vehicle during a test drive assumes full responsibility for any damages, accidents, traffic violations, or injuries that occur during the test drive. PureSelect Auto is not liable for any incidents that occur while a prospective buyer is operating the vehicle.

Test drives may be refused or terminated at the discretion of PureSelect Auto representatives if safety concerns arise or if the driver demonstrates reckless or unsafe behavior.

PureSelect Auto reserves the right to refuse test drives to individuals who do not meet verification requirements or who pose a risk to dealership operations or vehicle safety. Learn more about our buyer's guide.

PureSelect Auto offers mobile delivery services within our designated service area. Mobile delivery allows customers to have their purchased vehicle delivered directly to their location for added convenience.

Service Area Limitations: Mobile delivery is subject to geographic limitations and may not be available in all areas. Customers should confirm delivery availability and any associated fees before finalizing their purchase.

Safety and Scheduling: Mobile delivery appointments are scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times. Customers must be present at the delivery location to complete final paperwork, payment verification, and vehicle handoff. PureSelect Auto reserves the right to reschedule or cancel mobile delivery appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

Title Transfer: PureSelect Auto sells clean-title used vehicles. The dealership will provide the necessary documentation for title transfer in accordance with Georgia state law. However, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the customer is responsible for completing the title transfer process, registering the vehicle, and paying all applicable taxes and fees.

Odometer Disclosure: Odometer readings are disclosed in accordance with federal and state law. PureSelect Auto relies on information provided by previous owners, service records, and vehicle history reports. While we make every effort to ensure odometer accuracy, the dealership is not responsible for odometer discrepancies caused by prior owners or third-party errors.

Taxes and Registration: Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, registration fees, title fees, and any other government-imposed charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in the purchase agreement. PureSelect Auto can provide estimates of these costs but is not responsible for changes in tax rates or government fees.

All sales are final. PureSelect Auto does not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges on vehicles once the sale is complete and the vehicle has been delivered to the buyer.

This policy applies regardless of any mechanical issues, cosmetic concerns, buyer's remorse, or changes in the buyer's financial situation. Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect and test drive the vehicle, review all documentation, and ask questions before completing the purchase.

In rare cases where PureSelect Auto determines that a reasonable accommodation may be appropriate, any such decision is made at the sole discretion of the dealership and does not create a precedent or obligation for future transactions. For questions, please contact us.

• The dealership is not responsible for damages caused during test drives or mobile delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, road conditions, third-party actions)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureSelect Auto's total liability for any claim related to vehicle purchases or business operations shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer for the vehicle in question.
