PureSelect Auto LLC operates as a cash car dealership with transparent payment policies and streamlined title transfer procedures. This page outlines our financing status, accepted payment methods, and title processing guidelines.

Overview of Financing Status

PureSelect Auto LLC currently operates as a cash car dealership and does not offer in-house financing. We focus on providing quality used vehicles with straightforward cash transactions and flexible down payment options.

Financing Coming Soon: PureSelect Auto is working to introduce third-party financing options for newer model vehicles. This service will allow qualified buyers to secure loans through external lenders. We will notify customers when financing becomes available.

Until third-party financing is launched, all vehicle purchases must be completed using our approved cash payment methods. Buyers may arrange their own financing through personal lenders, credit unions, or banks prior to completing the purchase.

Our financing application page is not yet active but will be enabled once our third-party lending partners are in place. In the meantime, we encourage buyers to explore our flexible down payment program.

Accepted Payment Methods

PureSelect Auto accepts the following payment methods for full vehicle purchases:

  • Cash verified inside Wells Fargo – Cash payments must be verified in person at a Wells Fargo branch location
  • Verified cashier's check – Cashier's checks must be verified with the issuing bank before the vehicle is released
  • Cleared wire transfer – Wire transfers must be fully cleared and confirmed before keys are released

For Down Payments Only:

  • Cash App Business (debit/credit cards only) – Accepted exclusively for down payments, not for full vehicle purchases

Not Accepted: The following payment methods are NOT accepted for any transaction:

  • Zelle
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Personal Cash App
  • Personal checks

All payments must be verifiable, secure, and matched to the buyer's verified identity. PureSelect Auto reserves the right to refuse any payment method that cannot be properly verified.

Down Payment Policy

PureSelect Auto offers a flexible down payment program that allows buyers to secure a vehicle with a minimum down payment and complete the purchase within a specified timeframe.

Down Payment Details:

  • Minimum Down Payment: Down payments start as low as $500 (varies by vehicle)
  • No Credit Check: Down payments do not require a credit check or credit approval
  • Holding Period: Down payments hold the vehicle for 48–72 hours, during which time the buyer must complete full payment
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid using one of our approved full-payment methods (cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer)

Important: Down payments made via Cash App Business are non-refundable once accepted. If the buyer fails to complete the remaining payment within the holding period, the down payment is forfeited, and the vehicle will be made available to other buyers.

Payment Verification Requirements

All payments submitted to PureSelect Auto must be verified to ensure legitimacy, prevent fraud, and comply with dealership security protocols. Verification requirements vary by payment method:

  • Cash Payments: Must be verified in person at Wells Fargo with both the buyer and a PureSelect Auto representative present
  • Cashier's Checks: Must be verified with the issuing bank to confirm authenticity and available funds
  • Wire Transfers: Must fully clear and be confirmed by PureSelect Auto's financial institution before vehicle release
  • Cash App Business Payments: Must be completed by the verified buyer using their own payment method (debit/credit card)

Payment verification may take additional time depending on the method used. Buyers should plan accordingly and allow time for verification before expecting vehicle delivery.

Verification Delays: Cashier's checks may take 1-2 business days to verify. Wire transfers may take 1-3 business days to clear. Cash payments verified at Wells Fargo can typically be completed same-day.

Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification

PureSelect Auto takes fraud prevention seriously and requires identity verification for all transactions, particularly for down payments and remote transactions.

Identity Verification Includes:

  • Valid government-issued photo identification (driver's license or passport)
  • Verification that payment information matches the buyer's verified identity
  • Confirmation of contact information (phone, email, address)
  • Additional verification steps for high-value transactions or out-of-state buyers

Fraud Prevention Policy: All transactions must match verified customer information. PureSelect Auto reserves the right to refuse any transaction that appears suspicious, cannot be verified, or involves mismatched identity and payment details.

Buyers using third-party payment methods (such as someone else's card or account) will be required to provide additional documentation proving authorization. PureSelect Auto will not release vehicles until identity and payment verification is complete.

Wire Transfer Clearing Rules

Wire transfers are accepted for full vehicle payments but must be fully cleared and confirmed before the vehicle is released to the buyer.

Wire Transfer Process:

  • Buyer initiates wire transfer from their bank to PureSelect Auto's designated account
  • PureSelect Auto monitors incoming wire transfers and confirms receipt of funds
  • Funds must be fully cleared (not pending) before the vehicle is released
  • Clearing times vary by bank but typically take 1-3 business days

Important: Keys, title, and vehicle possession will not be released until the wire transfer is fully cleared and confirmed by PureSelect Auto's financial institution. Buyers should plan for clearing time when scheduling vehicle delivery.

Cashier's Check Verification Rules

Cashier's checks are accepted for full vehicle payments but must be verified with the issuing bank to confirm authenticity and ensure sufficient funds are available.

Cashier's Check Verification Process:

  • Buyer provides cashier's check to PureSelect Auto
  • PureSelect Auto contacts the issuing bank to verify the check's legitimacy and available funds
  • Verification may take 1-2 business days depending on bank responsiveness
  • Vehicle is released only after the check is confirmed as valid and legitimate

Fraud Prevention: Due to the prevalence of counterfeit cashier's checks, PureSelect Auto will not release vehicles until the check is fully verified with the issuing institution. This protects both the dealership and the buyer from fraudulent transactions.

Buyers are encouraged to provide cashier's checks from well-known, verifiable financial institutions to expedite the verification process.

Cash App Business Down Payment Notice

PureSelect Auto uses Cash App Business exclusively for processing debit and credit card down payments. This service is provided for customer convenience and allows buyers to secure vehicles remotely.

Critical Information: Cash App Business is accepted ONLY for down payments. It is NOT accepted for full vehicle purchases. Full payment must be completed via cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer.

Cash App Business Down Payment Rules:

  • Down payments via Cash App Business are non-refundable once processed
  • The buyer must use their own debit or credit card (third-party payments are not permitted)
  • Identity verification is required before down payments are accepted
  • Down payment amounts vary by vehicle (minimum $500)
  • Buyers have 48–72 hours to complete the remaining balance after the down payment is accepted

Cash App Business transactions are processed securely through Cash App's payment infrastructure. PureSelect Auto does not store credit or debit card information. For more details, visit our down payment page.

No Return / No Refund Policy Reminder

All sales are final. PureSelect Auto does not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges on vehicles once the sale is complete and the vehicle has been delivered to the buyer.

This policy applies to all payment methods, including down payments made via Cash App Business. Once a down payment is submitted and accepted, it is non-refundable.

Important Reminder: If you fail to complete the remaining balance within the 48–72-hour holding period after making a down payment, your down payment will be forfeited, and the vehicle will be made available to other buyers. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to ensure they have the financial means and intent to complete the purchase before submitting a down payment. For questions about our no-return policy, please review our legal compliance page or contact us.

Title & Ownership Transfer Guidelines

PureSelect Auto provides all necessary documentation for title and ownership transfer at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for completing the title transfer process and registering the vehicle at their local county tag office.

Documents Provided at Sale:

  • Bill of Sale
  • Odometer Disclosure Statement
  • Title Transfer Documents (signed and notarized as required by Georgia law)
  • Vehicle History Report (if applicable)

PureSelect Auto sells clean-title used vehicles. All title documentation is prepared in accordance with Georgia dealership regulations and is provided to the buyer at the time the sale is finalized.

Title Processing Time: The time it takes to complete title transfer and registration depends on your county tag office's processing times. Most Georgia counties process title transfers within 7-14 business days, but processing times may vary.

Tax Responsibility Explanation

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the buyer is responsible for paying all applicable sales taxes, registration fees, title fees, and any other government-imposed charges associated with the vehicle purchase.

PureSelect Auto can provide estimates of tax and registration costs, but these are approximations only. Actual costs depend on your county of residence, vehicle value, and any applicable exemptions or surcharges.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Pay sales tax at the county tag office when registering the vehicle
  • Pay title transfer fees and registration fees
  • Obtain license plates or temporary permits as required by Georgia law

Tax Exemptions: If you qualify for any tax exemptions (such as military, disability, or trade-in credits), you must present the required documentation to your county tag office at the time of registration. PureSelect Auto cannot process tax exemptions on your behalf.

Temp Tag Policy

PureSelect Auto offers temporary tags when available for eligible vehicles. Temp tag availability varies by vehicle and is determined prior to the completion of sale.

Temp Tag Availability: If a temporary tag is available for your vehicle, PureSelect Auto will notify you before payment is finalized. Temp tags are provided at no additional cost when available and allow you to legally operate the vehicle while your permanent registration is processed.

If Temp Tags Are Not Available:

In cases where temporary tags are not available for your specific vehicle, buyers are responsible for obtaining temporary permits or license plates from their county tag office after completing the purchase.

How to Obtain Temporary Tags from Tag Office:

  • Visit your local county tag office with the bill of sale, title transfer documents, and proof of insurance
  • Pay the required fees for a temporary permit (typically valid for 30 days)
  • Use the temporary permit to legally operate the vehicle while your permanent registration is processed

Georgia Law: Georgia law allows buyers to operate newly purchased vehicles for a limited time using the bill of sale as proof of ownership while waiting for registration. However, most buyers prefer to obtain a temporary permit for added legal protection.

Document Delivery at the Time of Sale

All required documents are delivered to the buyer at the time of sale. PureSelect Auto ensures that buyers receive complete, accurate, and legally compliant documentation for every transaction.

Documents Delivered:

  • Signed Bill of Sale
  • Title Transfer Documents (properly notarized if required)
  • Odometer Disclosure Statement
  • Vehicle History Report (if applicable)
  • Keys and any additional vehicle accessories

Buyers should review all documents carefully at the time of delivery to ensure accuracy. If any errors are identified, they should be reported to PureSelect Auto immediately for correction.

PureSelect Auto does not provide warranties unless explicitly stated in writing. All vehicles are sold AS-IS, and buyers assume full responsibility for the vehicle's condition after the sale is complete.

Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Prevention

PureSelect Auto takes payment disputes and chargeback prevention seriously. All transactions are documented, and identity verification is required to prevent fraudulent disputes.

Dispute Resolution Policy:

  • Buyers who submit chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause will be contested with full documentation
  • All transactions are verified with identity confirmation, signed agreements, and proof of vehicle delivery
  • Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action and reporting to appropriate authorities
  • Legitimate concerns should be addressed directly with PureSelect Auto before initiating disputes

Chargeback Warning: Buyers who receive their vehicle, complete the transaction, and then file fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued for recovery of funds and may face legal consequences. PureSelect Auto maintains detailed records of all transactions and will defend against illegitimate disputes.
